The best way to beat the winter blues ...if there's snow on the ground of course,:P is to bundle up and get out there in the snow with the family and go sledding! When your done sledding and your good and tired, it's time to snuggle up with a cup of hot chocolate, a big fluffy blanket, the family, and a movie!

You have no winter blues when you live in a place that stays green year round. It makes a wonderful vacation to visit and play in the snow. I'm thankful I don't have to deal with it daily. You do have an eye for beautiful things.

On a clear sunny day, I'll bundle up and go down to the oceanfront for a walk and then stop in for a drink to warm up: an irish coffee at a spot with rocking chairs and fire pits so between the sunshine, the brisk walk, the whisky and the flames, I warm up pretty nicely and feel re-energized by the sound, sight and scent of the atlantic.

I love to read my bible, sew and go to school online and learn everything I can so that by Spring I have achieved my personal, spiritual goals for the new year. It is amazing what you can do in the winter!

I love to get under the covers and watch tv or read a book. That's how I beat the coldness. Then again, I live in Texas, so the cold isn't tooo cold here.

Sadly my tropical country has never known a true winter, so I can't really share any personal techniques to beat the winter blues. I do love the pictures, though.
